Our stay had its ups and downs. The hotel is clean and well-kept, with nice pools and facilities for families. However, the dining options became repetitive and the service could be slow, especially during busy hours. Also, the gym was quite lacking and our room had a few maintenance issues that were frustrating. Overall, it’s decent for a family trip but expect some areas needing improvement.
